Refund policy
This policy applies to all purchases and bookings made with Yoga With Florentia.
How to cancel: Follow the instructions in your confirmation email or contact us at contact@yogawithflorentia.com.
Timing: Eligibility is based on when we receive your request.
Fees: Refunds may exclude non-recoverable processing fees, currency exchange costs, and bank charges.
Force Majeure: For events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, public health advisories), we may offer date changes, credits, or partial refunds at our discretion.
Transfers: Where permitted, you may transfer your booking to another eligible participant by written request before the deadline.
1) Classes & Private Sessions
Student cancellations
Group classes: Cancel ≥12 hours before start → full credit to your account (refund upon request where required by law).
Cancel <12 hours or no-show → no refund/credit.
Private sessions (or Private Groups): Cancel ≥24 hours → full credit or refund.
Cancel <24 hours or no-show → charged in full.
Bookings with Extras (External Partners or Purchased Items)
If your class or private session (or private group) includes any extras that rely on external partners (e.g., brunch/catering, photographer/videographer) or include pre-purchased items (e.g., goodie bags/merch), you must cancel or reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays at the event location).
<5 business days’ notice: The extra component is non-refundable and charged in full (including any confirmed partner fees and non-recoverable costs). The base class/session may still follow the standard 12h/24h policy above.
2) Workshops & Special Events (non-retreat)
Cancel ≥7 days before start → full refund (less processing fees) or credit.
Cancel 3–6 days → 50% refund or credit.
Cancel <72 hours or no-show → no refund.
3) Retreats (Multi-day)
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot unless otherwise stated. The balance is due by the payment deadline shown at booking.
Cancel ≥90 days before start → 100% of amounts paid, less deposit and processing fees.
Cancel 60–89 days → 50% refund of total price paid (deposit non-refundable).
Cancel 30–59 days → 25% refund of total price paid (deposit non-refundable).
Cancel <30 days or no-show → no refund.
Travel & Insurance: You are responsible for valid travel documents and comprehensive travel insurance covering medical issues, cancellations, and trip interruption. We may make necessary changes (e.g., venue/instructor) with equivalent alternatives.
4) Digital Products (e-books, downloads, online courses)
All sales are final once the download/access link is delivered, except where required by law or if the product is defective.
EU/EEA/UK consumers: By purchasing downloadable digital content and explicitly consenting to immediate performance, you acknowledge and agree that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. If you do not consent, delivery will be delayed until the withdrawal period ends.
If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us within 7 days for a replacement download.
5) Physical Merchandise (if offered)
Returns: Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery (or longer if required by local law).
Exclusions: Final-sale items, perishable goods, personalized products, and opened hygienic items (e.g., mats/towels with broken seal) are not returnable unless defective.
Process: Email us with your order number for return authorization. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
6) Subscriptions & Memberships (if offered)
Plans auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime to avoid the next renewal.
Proration: Unless stated otherwise, we do not prorate partial periods; access continues through the end of the paid term.
Price changes: We may change prices with prior notice and the option to cancel before renewal.
7) Brand Collaborations & B2B Services (if applicable)
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract:
≥14 days before the scheduled shoot/event → full refund of fees not yet incurred.
7–13 days → 50% fee due.
<7 days or on-day → 100% fee due plus any non-recoverable costs.
